DraftBrowns.com Editor: Brendan Leister

This final mock draft is a prediction of what will happen tomorrow evening.  My personal evaluations have no barring on the picks that are made in this mock draft.

1. Kansas City Chiefs: Eric Fisher, Left Tackle, Central Michigan

Seems to be a foregone conclusion that the Chiefs will take an offensive tackle with the first pick.  I am predicting Eric Fisher will be the guy.

Pick in Mock 3.0: Eric Fisher, Left Tackle, Central Michigan

2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Luke Joeckel, Left Tackle, Texas A&M

With Eric Fisher off the board, the Jaguars select the other top left tackle in Luke Joeckel.

Pick in Mock 3.0: Dion Jordan, Defensive End/Outside Linebacker, Oregon

3. Oakland Raiders: Sharrif Floyd, Defensive Tackle, Florida

It seems that the Raiders like Sharrif Floyd and that he will be their pick at three.

Pick in Mock 3.0: Star Lotulelei, Defensive Tackle, Utah

4.  Philadelphia Eagles: Star Lotulelei, Defensive Tackle, Utah

The Eagles need a nose tackle and Star Lotulelei may be the best player in the entire draft.  He can play nose tackle or 5-technique for the Eagles.

Pick in Mock 3.0: Geno Smith, Quarterback, WVU

5. Detroit Lions: Ezekiel Ansah, Defensive End, BYU

After the Lions’ coaching staff coached Ezekiel Ansah at the Senior Bowl, it has been reported that they “fell in love with him”.  I expect the Lions to select him if he is on the board at five.

Mock 3.0: Luke Joeckel, Left Tackle, Texas A&M

6.  TRADE: San Diego Chargers: Lane Johnson, Offensive Tackle, Oklahoma

The Chargers badly need a left tackle.  I expect them to trade up in front of the Cardinals to select Lane Johnson.

Mock 3.0: Lane Johnson, Left Tackle, Oklahoma (Dolphins)

7.  Arizona Cardinals: Jonathan Cooper, Offensive Guard, North Carolina

With the Chargers trading up for Lane Johnson, the Cardinals take the next best available offensive lineman on their board in Jonathan Cooper.

Mock 3.0: Dee Milliner, Cornerback, Alabama (Panthers)

8.  Buffalo Bills: Dion Jordan, Outside Linebacker, Oregon

With the Browns trading down, Dion Jordan falls all the way to Buffalo at 8.  Jordan is a great fit in their new multiple front 3-4 scheme.

Mock 3.0: Tavon Austin, Wide Receiver, WVU (Rams)

9.  New York Jets: Tavon Austin, Wide Receiver, West Virginia

Tavon Austin is the most dynamic offensive player in the draft and he would give the Jets’ offense a huge boost.

Mock 3.0: Barkevious Mingo, Outside Linebacker, LSU

10.  TRADE: Atlanta Falcons: Dee Milliner, Cornerback, Alabama

It has been rumored that the Falcons plan on trading up for a cornerback and I could see the Titans trying to trade back from 10.  Dee Milliner could be the target that the Falcons have in mind.

Mock 3.0: Sharrif Floyd, Defensive Tackle, Florida (Vikings)

11.  TRADE: Cleveland Browns: Barkevious Mingo, Outside Linebacker, LSU

After trading down and acquiring a second round pick, the Browns decide that they’re simply going to take the best available player on their draft board at 11.  With Barkevious Mingo still available, they decide on him.  Mingo possesses huge upside and dynamic edge traits.

Mock 3.0: Jonathan Cooper, Offensive Guard, North Carolina

12.  Miami Dolphins: Tyler Eifert, Tight End, Notre Dame

After trading for Branden Albert, the Dolphins select the best player available on their board.  Tyler Eifert fills a big need and gives them an excellent safety blanket for Ryan Tannehill.

Mock 3.0: Kenny Vaccaro, Safety, Texas (Cowboys)

13. New York Jets (from Tampa Bay in Revis trade): Geno Smith, Quarterback, West Virginia

With no long-term answer at the quarterback position on the roster, the Jets use the pick that they received from Tampa Bay for Darrelle Revis to select Geno Smith.

Mock 3.0: Ryan Nassib, Quarterback, Syracuse

14.  Carolina Panthers: Kenny Vaccaro, Safety, Texas

The Panthers take the top player available on their board in Kenny Vaccaro.

Mock 3.0: Chance Warmack, Offensive Guard, Alabama (Cardinals)

15.  New Orleans Saints: Cornellius Carradine, Outside Linebacker, Florida State

The Saints take a chance on one of the most talented pass rushers in this draft class in Cornellius Carradine.  Carradine is in the process of rehabbing after an ACL surgery.

Mock 3.0: Ezekiel Ansah, Defensive End, BYU (Titans)

16.  St. Louis Rams: Chance Warmack, Offensive Guard, Alabama

With many of the players that the Rams were hoping for off the board, they decide on the top player on their board in Chance Warmack.

Mock 3.0: Jarvis Jones, Outside Linebacker, Georgia (Bills)
